This past weekend, we raised our glasses to celebrate one incredible year of wine, community, and unforgettable experiences! Our 1-Year Anniversary Tasting Event was the perfect blend of celebration, education, and of course—fantastic wine. Whether guests were seasoned connoisseurs or just beginning their wine journey, this special evening was all about discovery, connection, and raising a toast to the memories we’ve shared.
An Evening of Wine, Fun, and Anniversary Celebration
The night began with a warm and welcoming social gathering from 6:00 – 6:30 PM, where guests mingled and sipped on a special bubbly toast to kick off the event. Nothing says celebration like Masia Salat Organic Brut Nature Cava—a crisp, elegant sparkling wine that set the perfect tone for the night ahead.
At 6:30 PM, we transitioned into our guided tasting, where guests experienced five carefully curated wines selected to showcase a variety of styles and regions. Along the way, we sprinkled in fun facts, trivia, and tasting tips, making the experience interactive and engaging.
The Wine Lineup
We took our taste buds on a journey through different varietals and terroirs, exploring unique flavors and styles:
Protocolo Blanco – A fresh and lively Spanish white with notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, offering a crisp and refreshing start to the tasting.
Miha Sauvignon Blanc – Zesty and aromatic, this Sauvignon Blanc burst with tropical fruit, gooseberry, and a touch of minerality, making it a vibrant crowd favorite.
Mommessin Beaujolais-Villages – Light, fruity, and effortlessly smooth, this Gamay-based red delivered juicy red berries, subtle spice, and soft tannins for a beautifully balanced sip.
Andeluna 1300 Malbec – Bold and expressive, this Argentinian Malbec showcased deep blackberry, plum, and hints of cocoa, wrapped in velvety tannins for a rich and satisfying finish.
Bodega Garzon Tannat – A powerhouse red with intense dark fruit, structured tannins, and a touch of spice, proving why Uruguay’s Tannat is one to watch.
Each wine brought something special to the table, giving guests a well-rounded tasting experience that explored a range of flavors, textures, and regions.
More Than Just a Tasting
One of the best parts of the evening? The engaging trivia and wine facts that kept everyone entertained! Guests walked away with new knowledge and fun tidbits, like the history of Beaujolais, why Tannat is Uruguay’s signature grape, and what makes Malbec thrive in Argentina.
The energy in the room was electric—laughter, great conversation, and plenty of "aha!" moments as guests discovered new favorite wines.
A Heartfelt Thank You & Cheers to the Future

This Anniversary Tasting was more than just an event—it was a celebration of the amazing community we’ve built over the past year. To everyone who has joined us, whether at a single tasting or multiple events, thank you for making this journey so special!
As we look ahead to another exciting year of tastings, pairings, and wine adventures, we can’t wait to raise another glass with you soon.
